I love nuts! They are healthy, there are many different great tasting types of nuts and they superb as a little meal between meals. The other day when I came home from the supermarket with loads of nuts, my oldest daughter asked: "Why have you bought so much candy on a week-day mum?"... The girls love nuts, and I will not break the news about nuts not being candy. I have bought a nice bowl where I keep three different types of nuts. It stands on the table, so that we can grab a handful nuts when we feel hungry.

GO MEATLESS - nuts are a great source of protein. Toss some into stir-fries, salads and pastadishes.
