I love a cup of good chai tea after work when I need to unwind, or early in the morning when I need a calm start to the day. Few things are more alluring than the infusion of spices in a delicious cup of chai. A cup of Chai tea can easily be made at home. You will need:
One cup of boiling water
One teaspoon of loose black tea
Two spoons sugar
One inch of ginger into the boiling water.
Let the mix of spices boilf for a few minutes, then add
One cup of milk
Three crushed cardamom
Two crushed cloves
Wait for entire liquid to boil 3 times, and then strain
Enjoy it!
